Dr. Lepine graduated from University of Montreal. He then underwent the Advanced Dentistry degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey and he was the Chief Resident at the Staten Island University Hospital. He also held teaching positions at these three institutions.

Dr. Guillaume Lepine D.M.D., F.I.D.I.A.

Dr. Lepine is the founder of 508-Dentist. He received the prestigious honor of America’s Top Dentist from the Consumers’ Research Council of America from 2009 to 2014; was awarded Best Cosmetic Dentist of the year 2009 by the Cambridge Who’s Who and Best Cosmetic Dentist of the Year 2010 by the Presidential Who’s Who; Dr. Lepine was also inducted as a fellow of the International Dental Implant Association in 2013 for his exceptional work with both traditional and mini dental implants.

By creating a comfortable and calming environment for his patients. Dr. Lepine works to fulfill his mission to provide the best possible quality dentistry while treating his patients like family. The practice provides all aspect of general dentistry, including services in cosmetic dentistry, veneers, root canals, crowns, bridges, implants, bleaching, and more. Coming to work is a pleasure for Dr. Lepine, for he feels privileged to be practicing in such an amazing field of medicine.

Dr. Templer


Since graduating from Boston University Dental School in 1983, Dr. Templer has kept up a continuous commitment to educating himself in his field, adding new skills, and staying current on innovations and technology.

He has completed the Postdoctoral Course in Conscious Sedation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, External Postdoctoral Courses in Implant Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and a Maxi Course in Oral Implantology. His other accomplishments include a Mini-residency in Implant Dentistry at Tufts University.

Dr. Templer is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Association. At the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Dr. Templer continues to hone the skills and principles of quality, successful dentistry, thorough patient care, and effective dental practice.

Dr. Raymond


Dr. Raymond brings forty years’ worth of experience and care to 508-DENTIST. With his longstanding commitment to patient care in general dentistry, you can count on Dr. Raymond’s wealth of knowledge in the field.

Dr. Raymond earned his B.S. in biology from Boston College and also studied for a Masters in Physiology at the University of Rhode Island. He earned his dental degree from Loyola University in Chicago. He then served as an intern at USAF Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado.

A member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Dental Society and the Massachusetts Dental Society, Dr. Raymond has practiced general dentistry in Swansea since 1972. He is also a member of the Central New England Dental Research Group and an alumni of L.D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Training, a continuing education and dental training organization that is well-known for its dedication to excellence in dentistry.

Dr. Raymond is a longtime Swansea resident, having raised five children in the area with his wife, Theresa. When he’s not in the office taking care of his patients with his steadfast and reassuring manner, you’ll find him in the great outdoors — gardening, fishing, biking, skiing, golfing — and, of course, playing with his seven grandchildren!

Dr. Mastrostefano


Dr. Mastrostefano attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and received his DMD in 1996. As an undergraduate he attended Boston College and earned a BA in Psychology and Pre-dental in 1992, with a concentration in Personality Psychology.

Since 2000, Dr. Mastrostefano is a doctor at Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry focusing in Family Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, and CEREC Dentistry. He also works for CCRI as a Clinical Instructor in the dental hygiene program. Previously, Dr. M. has worked at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine as Clinical Instructor of Operative and Prosthetic Dentistry. In 1999, he worked at Healthdrive Medical and Dental Practices practicing Geriatric Dentistry where he taught oral cancer and oral assessment in-services to nursing staff. Dr. Mastrostefano had an associateship with Thomas Coffey, DDS in 1996 to 2000 in Family Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry Controlled Business Operations. In 1998, he worked with Blackstone Valley Family Dental practicing Family Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry. He is currently working at Molar Express-Thundermist providing Dentistry to underprivileged children of Rhode Island. He is also a CEREC in-office trainer with Patterson, training new dentists who are having difficulty with their CEREC.

Dr. Mastrostefano is currently a member of the ADA, RIDA, and Cranston Dental Association. He is a Founding member of the RI CEREC study club for CEREC Dentistry. Dr. M is also CPR certified.

Dr. Vigorito


Michael A, Vigorito, D.M.D.
 is a Tufts-trained dentist, with special training in occlusion and TMJ, Dr. Vigorito has been serving this community for over 30 years. He grew up in North Attleborough and did his undergraduate work at nearby Stonehill College.

He firmly believes that his first responsibility is to maintain or restore pain-free function and that aesthetics will come from that. Dr. Vigorito is dedicated to the individual needs of his patients and cares for them in the same manner as he would his own family.

Meet Our Staff


R.D.H., B.S.
An experienced hygienist, Debbie holds an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Bristol Community College, a Vocational Teacher’s Certification in Dental Assisting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Health Services from Roger Williams University. Debbie is dedicated to giving back to her community through avid volunteerism: she serves as the secretary at both the Children’s Museum of Greater Fall River and the Fall River Cultural Council, she has been a member of the Little Theatre of Fall River for over 35 years, and she has taught CCD at the former Saints Peter and Paul Parish for more than 30 years.


R.D.H., B.S.
Kristen prides herself on teaching patients how to prevent Periodontal Disease and Dental Caries. In 2015, she wrote and published a presentation educating nursing home staff members on daily preventative oral care for geriatric patients. Before she became a registered dental hygienist, Kristen worked as a dental assistant in general, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices. She earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of RI Dental Hygiene in 2010, and in 2014, she graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Kristen is also certified and licensed to administer local anesthesia. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and kickboxing.


Karen began her dental career in 1992, working as a dental assistant. She is passionate about caring for people; her patients love how she cares so much about them. Working in pediatric dentistry for ten years helped her develop the patience and tenderness that are essential when working with children. Karen earned a degree in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Southern Nevada in 2001. Since then, she has worked as a dental hygienist in Las Vegas, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her favorite time of the year is the summer, spending time with her son outdoors.


Wendy has been practicing as a dental hygienist in her community for the last 26 years. She loves her work, making patients feel at ease with her friendly smile and caring conversation. A graduate of Bristol Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program, she is a member of both the BCC Dental Hygiene Alumni Association and the Sigma Phi Alpha Beta Chapter of the Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Outside of the office, you can find Wendy watching sports, golfing, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
