He graduated from the University of Montreal, received an Advanced Dentistry degree at UMDNJ and then became Chief Resident at the Staten Island University Hospital. He held teaching positions at these 3 institutions. He received the prestigious honor of America’s Top Dentist from the Consumers’ Research of America in 09-2018; was awarded Best Cosmetic Dentist by the Cambridge Who’s Who and the Presidential Who’s Who; Dr. Lepine was inducted as a Master of the International Dental Implant Association for his work and research in implant dentistry. Since graduating from Boston University Dental School in 1983, Dr. Templer has kept up a continuous commitment to educating himself in his field, adding new skills, and staying current on innovations and technology.
He has completed the Postdoctoral Course in Conscious Sedation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, External Postdoctoral Courses in Implant Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and a Maxi Course in Oral Implantology. His other accomplishments include a Mini-residency in Implant Dentistry at Tufts University.
Dr. Templer is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. At the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Dr. Templer continues to hone the skills and principles of quality, successful dentistry, thorough patient care, and effective dental practice.

Dr. Ostrovsky’s family immigrated to the United States in 1990 from Moscow, Russia. While growing up in Sharon, MA, Dr. Ostrovsky began developing her hand-skills from a very early age with knitting, crocheting, and baking since she had decided at the age of eight to become a dentist.
Dr. Ostrovsky graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst prior to starting dental school. She attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she received her DMD. During dental school, Dr. Ostrovsky completed her externship at Federal Medical Center Devens, a federal prison with severely medically compromised inmates. She has completed extensive research on TMJ and sleep disorders and continues to refine her education in many areas of the field.
Dr. Ostrovsky strives to work with patients to overcome their fears and obtain healthy and beautiful smiles. Her patients enjoy her calming and gentle nature. She believes dentistry isn’t just about teeth, it’s about bringing people confidence, and helping them take care of their overall health.
Dr. Ostrovsky is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and American Dental Association.
During her free time, Dr. Ostrovsky enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities, ballroom dancing, and craft projects.
Dr. Fefelova earned her dental degree from Ural State Medical University in Russia in 2002. After practicing as a general dentist for a time, she completed an Orthodontic Residency program and enjoyed a rewarding 11-year career as an Orthodontist.
In 2016, she relocated to the U.S. and spent six wonderful years living and working in Oregon. She graduated with high honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She believes in the importance of continuous learning to stay at the forefront of dental innovations.
Outside the office, Dr. Fefelova enjoys hiking, kayaking, downhill skiing as well as spending time with her family and two adorable dogs. She values the significance of a healthy smile and works tirelessly to help her patients achieve their dental goals in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Dr. Alicia Tavares graduated summa cum laude from Providence College in 2013 with a BS in Biology after receiving the St. Dominic Scholarship, which granted her full tuition for her schooling. She then went on to graduate summa cum laude from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine to earn her DMD degree in 2018. During her time at Boston University, Dr. Tavares was an active member of the American Student Dental Association through her work with the Pre-Dental Committee, where she helped organize events to educate and encourage undergraduate students who were considering a career in dentistry. Dr. Tavares was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Society during her senior year of dental school.
In 2021, Dr. Tavares completed an 18-month-long mini-residency program with the Dawson Academy in East Hanover, NJ, and Clearwater, FL, focusing on the concept of complete dentistry. During her residency, she received hands-on training in complete examination and record taking, treatment planning, occlusal equilibration, and esthetic dentistry. Her training also focused on the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ disorders.
Dr. Tavares is currently a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Tavares is committed to providing quality dental care for all of her patients and strives to make her patients feel comfortable and at home in the dental setting. In her spare time, Dr. Tavares enjoys reading, cross stitching, singing, playing piano, kickboxing, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Tavares currently resides in Rehoboth, MA, with her husband and son.
Nick began his career in the dental field in 2015, working as a dental assistant in pediatrics and orthodontics. He continued his education and earned an associate’s degree in applied science for Dental Hygiene from Community College of RI in 2022, also earning his certification and license to administer Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and working on his car.
Kristen prides herself on teaching patients how to prevent Periodontal Disease and Dental Caries. In 2015, she wrote and published a presentation educating nursing home staff members on daily preventative oral care for geriatric patients. Before she became a registered dental hygienist, Kristen worked as a dental assistant in general, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices. She earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of RI Dental Hygiene in 2010, and in 2014, she graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Kristen is also certified and licensed to administer local anesthesia. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and kickboxing.
Karen began her dental career in 1992, working as a dental assistant. She is passionate about caring for people; her patients love how she cares so much about them. Working in pediatric dentistry for ten years helped her develop the patience and tenderness that are essential when working with children. Karen earned a degree in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Southern Nevada in 2001. Since then, she has worked as a dental hygienist in Las Vegas, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her favorite time of the year is the summer, spending time with her son outdoors.
Wendy has been practicing as a dental hygienist in her community for the last 26 years. She loves her work, making patients feel at ease with her friendly smile and caring conversation. A graduate of Bristol Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program, she is a member of both the BCC Dental Hygiene Alumni Association and the Sigma Phi Alpha Beta Chapter of the Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Outside of the office, you can find Wendy watching sports, golfing, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
